Yes. The architecture is designed for local mastery and resilience. Data is stored on-site at the hospital, with replication to one of our servers in Abidjan depending on the facility's specifications. When connectivity allows, replication is continuous; in degraded mode, the hospital keeps running on its local instance and replication resumes on reconnection. Backups are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
